GUA SHA full body, head, face and neck is a special offering that combines all of the features from our GUA SHA head, face and neck class with our full body online training in gua sha.  Gua sha is the name of a technique originated in China that uses a firm tool, often made from animal horns, stone, metal or plastic. Gua sha is most commonly used on old injuries to release trapped congestion in the tissues but when applied gently to the face it improves lymphatic flow and blood circulation. Modern myofascial applications of Gua Sha have been called scraping, IASTM and Graston technique. Each of these techniques are very similar, stemming from this ancient practice that has been used for centuries.
