The function of fascia

The fascia is involved with the hydration of all human cells.  The other interesting feature about the fascia is that it provides a three dimensional collagen matrix throughout the body.

There are several types of fascia, and it exists to support all of the tissues of the body.  Our main concern is the superficial fascia, and its role in water metabolism.
