The 10 Questions
The Intake Form
The 10 Questions are a simple form of Assessment that has been used in East Asian Medicine so that we can determine more about the clients’ state of health.
Using this system on its own will give you a wide variety of information to determine the 5 Element pattern that you client is dealing with so that you can give them an appropriate treatment.
These are the subjects of the 10 questions, we will go more in depth, and start to explore how to incorporate them into the intake form in the next lessons.
