Heart Meridian

The Heart Meridian Pathway
Starting in the Heart, the meridian travels internally down to the Small Intestine, and up to the eye. It also travels internally to the axilla where it surfaces and travels along the medial aspect fo the arm, through the elbow and in to the wrist, along the ulnar side of the hand, and ends on the medial side of the fingernail on the 5th finger.
